Here is why: Had a Galaxy s2, later a s3. Great phones, great products, nothing really to complain about. However, a friend of mine was with me and showed me how easy he could play music with his phone, over airplay to my amplifier. I saw that and I wanted to be able to do that as well..
But there I was, owning a 550 euro costing s3, and no way it was going to happen that I could use airplay as easy as people with Iphones can.
So for me, the great integration with other apple products is one of the main reasons to like the Iphone. Another good one for the Iphone is the unique build quality. My s3 was a great phone, but not for one moment felt like it has cost 550 euro's. The Iphone however, justs screams quality all over the place. It is really expensive, but it also feels like that.
