Why you won't have to wait as long for the next MBP update

With Montevina being announced in June, I don't see Apple working them in until October. Can't see why they'd announce something that far out at WWDC. It's looking like this will be the line for the back to school crowd, IMHO.

Please reread the article link I posted earlier and note this phrase "the semiconductor firm [Intel] intends to make the new, faster platform the dominant platform virtually on launch" Folks, just as this update was a supply issue, the next update will be a supply issue as well. By the end of Q2 (i.e. end of June) only 35% of mobile CPUs will be the Core2s.

If that article is right, and I think it is, apple will have no choice but to update their MBPs by June due to supply issues.
