Wi-Fi error message in iOS 17.1

I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and the 14 Pro Max, and ever since I updated them both to iOS 17.1, I keep getting this Popup Message:

The Wi-Fi network "network name " does not appear to be connected to the internet. Do you want to temporarily use cellular data?

Keep in mind that there is no issue in the Wi-Fi network. This problem occurred in both my home and office Wi-Fi network.

Never had that message show up in any previous iOS release.
