Wi fi external harddrive

Can i ask what is the best external hard drive that i could use with my imac and also use on the go with my ipad for streaming films on holidays maybe wifi or are their wired devices that will do both.

Get a device like a Hootoo wireless router and connect any hard drive to it.

Thanks for that i was looking for a product that would double up as hdd and battery wi fi hdd as needed .

Seagate makes this model that will do what you want, although I have no personal experience with it.
