Wi-fi extremely slow after wake up (Mavericks 10.9.2)

My ME294 was upgraded to the latest version (Mavericks 10.9.2), now my Wi-Fi speed becomes very slow after waking up from sleep. The transfer rate is about 110-117 before closing the lid and only 5 after wake up.😡😡 Reboot the system can temporarily solve the problem.

Anyone who got the same problem? 😕My router is Airport Extreme 6th Gen.
