Hello,
I have an iPhone 4S nearly two years and now suddenly the wireless Internet has not available.
I've reset network settings, boot and hard reset. Nothing solved the problem.

When I had this problem it was due to a faulty wifi chip and the only solution was to replace it (the phone).

Are you having trouble with bluetooth as well? They share the same chip. If bluetooth is working correctly then try a full iPhone restore.

the bluetooth is working. hard reset can resolve the problem?
I just upgrade to 7.1.2 via iTunes and that's not solve the problem :(

Unfortunately, your only other option is to try a complete restore and reinstallation through iTunes.

If that doesn't work than it is hardware related. If you have AppleCare they will replace it, if you don't then you will have to buy a new phone.

Go to your device in iTunes and select "restore". It will do another installation of iOS 7. Do not restore from an iCloud backup, set it up as a new device.

I have tried the hair dry + freezer (for 15 min) and it worked (for 20 min).
I hope it will continue to work.
If not I will do full restore.

This is the only thing you want to do. I would have said this same exact thing. The resat of what you are trying I would not do and don't forget to reboot your router also just in case these are related issues.

Unfortunately the problem occurs again.
Should I send my iPhone to repair shop?

I talked with Apple and because I out of warranty they want me to pay for a new iPhone. Since the problem with the wifi chip occurred the battery drain fast and the phone run slowly.
If i'll go to some iPhone repair store and pay for solder wi fi chip the other problems with my iPhone will be gone?
