iPhone Wi Fi locking up

I'm experiencing issues with wi fi locking up on my 4s. I am running 6.1.2 with evasi0n 1.4.
What happens is that wi fi stops working and to get it to work again i have to toggle it on/off via NC settings.
Anyone else experiencing issues like this?
