Actually, the Wi-Fi is now Responding, but doesn't work with our Mac Minis, thankfully, they do work with our Ethernet.
I changed cable companies a few weeks ago to Vast Broadcasting.
My iPad acknowledges the Wi-Fi, my son's Apple Watch and Phone acknowledges the Wi-Fi, and my husband older Mac Mini using Snow Leopard acknowledges the Wi-Fi, but my 2.3 GHz Intel Core 17 using Mountain Lion and HB's Intel Core 15 using Sierra do not.
The cable company tells me it is a Mac Problem and that I should ask them. I would rather go without Wi-Fi and than ask our local Mac dealer the time of day. Even if it is a Mac problem wouldn't one think it would be wise for a Cable company to be on top of the situation, NO? But I digress.
I have played around with the Network System Preferences, but really do not know what I'm doing.
Can anyone in MacRumors Land help?
