Hi, i recently bought this for my old G4:

    http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3246388&CatId=2697

Airport cards are pricey and costs half as much as my system's total street value.

I installed it along with the accompanying driver this morning and while my mac recognizes the card exists, I can't seem to find any software that works with it to search for wi-fi connections.

I tried istumbler but it only seems to work with airport specific cards.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.

    Thank you for responding.

Those only appear to be drivers which i already have installed.

I just can't do anything with my card because there's nowhere where I can find an option to connect anywhere (I'm told there should be an airport menu but I see none).

I tried a program called istumbler that scans for open ports but it doesn't support my card.
