Wi-Fi sync not enabling

Cannot enable Wi-Fi sync on iPhone.
Is selected in iTunes.
I have tried everything.
Restarted iPhone and Mac.
And even tried with Mac in safe mode.
Otherwise will sync fine with cable.
Any ideas how to fix?
