Wi-Fi turns on by itself

For a few months wi-fi has been turning itself on randomly even though I have it set off in network preferences and disabled it in the software.
Any ideas? Thanks

LOL, Who are you?

Every time you see a slider set it to 50%.

Use the drop down "+" to change selections...

Do NOT mess around with the Advanced tab (screen shot 6)!

If you want your WiFi back, uncheck start ControlPlane at login.

Tell me how it goes...
