I mean is my understanding there are few versions of the same mac during the year?..what are the diferences? in this case i have this macbook pro and i saw like 1 month after buy this in the web page that the MacBook Pro has a SD Card Slot, mine doesn't ..

A MacBook Pro 5,1 is different from the MacBook Pro 5,3/4.
The 5,1 models have no SD card slot, but the 5,3/4 have.

No, not that I know of. But if you take your serial number along to an apple store they might be able to look it up and tell you the date of purchase.

Or type your serial number in the box on the right hand side of this page, that should tell you. Or at least when the warranty expires, and you can just go back a year from that (assuming you don't have AppleCare).
