I have downloaded the 'Beeblefish' widget onto my MacMini running 10.4 which provides a range of BBC radio stations, and also tried a different BBC radio widget, without success.

None seem to work, both displaying a 3d Lego brick with a questionmark on each face in the widget interface. (The mini is connected to a monitor with speakers, and produces sound in other applications, although not widgets)

I have the same widgets running on my Titanium powerbook with Tiger and they function brilliantly - any ideas what is wrong with the Mini?

Do other widgets work? You sure you have Realplayer installed? Can you listen to the streams on your Mini if you go through the BBC website?

Real Player did it - I downloaded it and then reinstalled the Beeblefish widget and now it works beautifully!

Is it just me, or did I miss the the instruction to use Real Player with Widgets somewhere obvious? If it wasn't for these great Forums, how would we ever get by, since the manuals seem to get smaller and smaller, and contain less and less!

Thanks again.

Yeah, the 3D Lego picture is common with missing browser plugins as well. For example, it is shown if you try and view Active X, which will not work on a Mac.
