Widget Problem

I have no idea what has changed other than I have been messing with GeekTool today. Some of my widgets are not working properly.

iStatPro
VersionTracker
and any WebClip widget

They are all stuck at a fixed size (not the same form one to the next) and redownloading has not fixed the problem.

Any ideas what is going on?

Instead of trying to nail down what was going on (also noticed a problem with Terminal), I decided to rollback to a TM backup from a couple days ago. Everything is back to normal for now.
