Wierd battery drain?

Hey. Last 2 days this has happened to me and it's really wierd. Sure the battery health is 79% but it drops almost 70% in a matter of 10 minutes.
Both days this happened when I was out riding my bike. Done this a lot of times without problems but the last 2 days it dies almost instantly.

Not unusual given the health of the battery. It can also be exacerbated when the watch is trying to find a cell, Wifi, or GPS signal for mapping.

Hmm yeah sure. But it lasted me full 1.5 days u till 2 days ago. I did a hard restart pressing both side buttons just now and it got back to 65%

It’s time for a new watch . And besides apple wants you to upgrade ok

I'm having a similar issue, though not as exaggerated. I went from 50% to 10% in less than three hours today. I've never had this happen prior. (Series 4, WatchOS 8.5, 83% battery health)
