So I just got/switched over to the new Iphone 4s this week and I noticed that if the phone is on and I plug it in to the wall to charge it wont charge. I have to turn the phone off then plug it in to get it to begin to charge. I don't think this is normal.

Also on a what I assume is a related note I can't get my Itunes to recognize my phone as well... Any help or suggestions would be great.

thanks

Doesn't sound normal, I'd have it looked at by Apple

Are you using the same cable to charge/connect to iTunes? If so, try a different cable.
