Wierd crashing going on.

I have this issue now whenever I try to click on any program to change the color of a text, and I mean any program, rapid weaver, ipaint, office, the program crashes whenever I click on those two color squares. Anyone ever come across this issue? I am running Leopard too btw.

I did some research and it seems that the color picker is crashing, here is the crash window contents from when it happens. I tried repairing permissions and everything on multiple occasions but it still doing it.
