Wife's 20gb storage downgraded to 5gb?

My wife and I both had MobileMe accounts, and both of us showed 20gb of storage when the "free upgrade" period started. My account still shows 20gb of storage until 9/2013, but for some reason my wife's account now shows only 5gb.

Any ideas?
