Hello,

Here is my problem,

Just changed my iphone at the genius bar and got a new one (for camera issues), just one day after using my new iphone 6 Plus I notice some wifi issues. I always have weak signal, even when at home, I don't have wifi in my kitchen (I did previously), and so on...

Today I just noticed that my bluetooth connection is weak too... I cannot use my headset anymore, the signal loose, sound interrupted all the time,...

On the other hand, the phone calls seem to be working well, so my questions are:

1) Do you know if the antenna for calls and for wifi and bluetooth are the same or separated? (In other words, is it normal that wifi/bluetooth is not working but calls are?)

2) How can I prove it / show the evidence at my Apple meeting with genius bar? (don't want them to say it's my wifi, it' my headset, etc)

3) Is there a way to diagnostic a weak antenna other than what I did?

Thanks a lot for all your answers, as always you're the best when it comes to Apple!

Just a SWAG but it is probable that WiFi and BT would share an antenna because they are both 2.4GHz. I'm not sure how you could prove sensitivity issues though.

Apple confirmed me that the antenna is the same for wifi and bluetooth, they gave me a new iphone at the Genius Bar.

Problem solved I guess!
