Wifi calling on iPhone 4S?

Is wifi calling available on iPhone 4S? If so, is it with MetroPCS (since its now basically same company as TMobile)? Thanks.

thats not wifi calling! thats the new continuity feature, the call is stu=ill coming in THRU your phone before it goes to your iPad or Mac
