Weekend House cell signal hovers on 2-1 bar....enough that outbound, inbound calls do not work at all however it's not enough to trigger WiFi Calling.
I know one can force it via travel mode.....and it's up to the phone to decide it.
Any other settings one can change in IOS to ---persuade--- WiFi calling to kick it without manually having to dump it in travel mode.
WiFi Calling does work on my phone when I straight up have no signal bars or consistent 1 bar to the point I do see WiFi Calling on the phone @ times. Not at this location being discussed though
