WIFI calling wi-fi calling continuity in iOS 9?

Have there been any changes to enable continuity / call forwarding if you enable WIFI calling in iOS 9?

It's one of the main reasons I haven't switched it on in with iOS 8.

Im able to use the feature ONLY on wifi. I have a 6 Plus on Verizon and 5s on AT&T.

If you enable wifi calling you loose the ability to answer/make calls from your mac. Has anything changed?

Apparently on iOS9 this is no longer the case and continuity still works

Wait, really? I didn't know this...I did get an incoming call notification on my iPad the other day though, after enabling wifi calling (I'm on AT&T). Everything seemed to be working fine. I'll check my Mac to see if my call came through there as well, but I don't see why it shouldn't since it went through on my iPad.

Continuity still works on my phone when there is only Wi-Fi Calling available. But I cannot assure that it would always work with all carriers, since the feature might be optional.
