As I'm sure many people know there have all sorts of wifi problems with iOS6, primarily on iPhones, but on iPads as well. Here's mine.
My wifi at home is Verizon Fios. When I put the settings in for that network all was fine. When I got to work, we also have wifi- a hidden network with an auto proxy (a URL address). I put that information in, and at work all was good.
When I got home, my iPhone 5 said it was on my home wifi but it just wouldn't work. Completely hung up. Eventually, I reset the network settings. All was good again.
I got to work this morning and reentered those network settings. Again, everything was fine. Until I got home. My home wifi keeps hanging despite showing a connection. Once again, I reset the network settings, put back my home wifi info and its working great.
So, the question is, is my phone getting confused somehow when it has two network settings in it- especially one with a proxy?
