Hi forum,

Recently I purchased a refurbished 13" 2020 i5/32GB/1TB MBP, everything is fine except the wifi/internet connection.

While watching videos I can notice this that there is no buffering and the video is loading again, I see that the WIFI is connected the other devices on the router are working without problem, this is also weird when the video is loading I'm trying to access the routers page which is on the same network as the MBP but I cannot open the page because I'm connected on the wifi I should be able to open that page. So it might be a hardware defect? The no internet period is around 5-10 seconds but enough to stop with my work or to drop from conference call very annoying.

I am having the same issue on my MacBook 16" which is also refurbished from Apple. I am wondering if I am having a defective Wi-Fi antenna. As the OP said it works fine with Ethernet. Even testing it while it went out and Ethernet worked fine but Wi-Fi would not connect again for at least 30 seconds to a minute.
