So Ive read alot of the posts on the wifi thing, and im not sure if my ipad has the same issue or not. Its a 64 gig wifi only version. After prolonged periods of inactivity if I go to use it, there really does not seem to be a connection at all (web pages dont load, no email, etc), even though the signal strength meter for the wifi signal registering a signal. Things start working ONLY when I go into settings and turn wifi off and than on again. Does this sound like the same problem others are describing.

You might have a faulty WiFi... Mine only disconnect when on sleep mode or for a long inactivity... Once i start using and open the safari, it auto connects and didn't have to go to settings to reconnect...

My iPad has been terrific since Friday (3G w/wifi 64GB). I have not had any drops in the wifi and have not had to input the network password except for setup. I am not sure why some are having issues and other are not but I have had zero issues with wifi. Hope it all gets fixed for you.
