WiFi Constantly Drops on Snow Leopard

My WiFi on Snow Leopard on my MacBook Pro is constantly dropping. I went to the Genius Bar about the problem and was told to reinstall OS X, which I did, and now, it just happens more often! The only way to get it to reconnect is to turn the airport on and off. Or, when I select my network, it asks for the password, which it was told to remember.

Is there any way to fix it?

When I had a problem with my WiFi constantly dropping, it turned out to be my router and NOT the computer. I desperately needed to upgrade, and had just been putting it off. After a month of having to constantly reset the router, I broke down and bought a new one - completely fixed the problem.

Did they test for any hardware errors? The only other thing I can think of is something wrong with your WiFi card *in* the computer, and not with the software.
