is this happening to you?

once or twice on my 7, it says ISP not available and exclamation, but toggling wifi fixes it

only have 7 on iOS 10, my iPad pro and SE are on 9.3.3 jailbroken

curious if any other people with older iPhones on iOS 10 are having wifi issues?

i really hope it isn't hardware

i have an airport extreme too

Do you have WiFi Assist enabled in your Cellular/Mobile settings (in case it might have something to do with that)?

yes, is that known to be buggy?
Not really, but that can disconnect WiFi if it believes it's not a good connection for some reason. Might be worth trying to disable it to see if you are still experiencing the same thing.

Thanks

If I reboot my iPad it refuses to reconnect to my wifi network, since upgrading to iOS 10 :-(

I have rebooted my network Ethernet switch, the iPad, and my AirPort Extreme router and none of these help. Only thing that works to force the iPad to reconnect to wifi is to reboot my cable modem and then it works fine.

My iPhone 7 is on iOS 10 also and it has no problem reconnecting to wifi.

Hope this is a bug that apple will be aware of and will fix in a future update.

I've had several occurrences of the wifi being turned off on it's own with my iPad Air 2 since I upgraded to iOS 10.0.2. I never had it happen until 10.0.2.

It seems to happen most often after a reboot and within minutes of a reboot.

yes I have this issue too. First time upgrading to iOS10 my 6S forgot my wifi password and after inputting the correct password the phone displayed that it was incorrect. Router needed to be reset so my phone could connect. Also my data from my provider randomly shuts off. I have to manually go into my settings and toggle it back on. I usually notice this issue first thing in the morning when my phone has been asleep all night. ****wifi assist is disabled****

It looks like I got the issue resolved, with some help from Apple Support. I did a full iTunes backup of my iPad and then held down sleep and home buttons until past the apple logo when it gets to the iTunes logo and says there's is a problem with iPad and asks if you want to reset to factory settings and then restore from backup. Did this and have had no wifi connection issues for the last 3 days. Fingers crossed but hopefully it's a permanent solution.

Just in case anyone is watching this thread, problem is back. I've since done a complete restore of the iPad to factory settings and set it up as a new iPad and the problem came back again. Disconnecting from wifi 3-4 times a day now. Waiting for apple support to return my call/emails so that I can arrange a replacement iPad though they say they are not getting any reports of similar problems happening with other people as a result of iOS 10 upgrade....
