Whenever I enable bluetooth, Wifi on my Mac Book Pro is slow and unresponsive.

2017 Macbook Pro 13 inch, Serial FVF.....V29

I have tried several fixes suggested accross the internet, none of which have done anything to help. This Macbook has been in use for 1year, and this is a new problem in last weeks. Basically Bluetooth is unusable if I want to look at the internet at the same time. Specifically I would like to have sound in my bluetooth speakers.

Any Tips before I go to my local centre(who suggested I would be without my machine for some time)

Thanks

Without knowing what fixes you tried, it's difficult to make suggestions. Bluetooth and wifi networks can interfere. The most effective fix is probably to try changing your wifi network from 2.4 to 5GHz.

I have reset the Bluetooth module in the debug section, I have reset the drivers by removing and adding in the Network settings. I have tried 2.4Ghz and 5ghz wifi connection. I have deleted the plist for bluetooth to create a new version. I have searched the topic and tried everything I can find, I have also called support and tried somethings over the phone with them to no avail. This problem did not exist for a year, and has now arisen. Basically I have to have it repaired if a solution cant be found. This will negatively affect my work situation now, by not having my machine for a period of time. Looking around the internet it seems to be a recurrent problem, where all the suggested fixes lead to nothing. I feel like I have paid for overpriced junk right now, where basic functionality seems to be a big issue. I mean when it tells you you must have bluetooth and wifi on for airdrop for example, thus completely rendering access to the internet useless. For the price and age I find it perplexing that issues are arising making basic functionality a problem. I am not a power user, basically Internet and some music production is all the machine is used for. Feels like premium price for sub par product right now, and looking at my investment in devices, I feel let down.

If you have any suggestions that would be awesome.

I'm having the same issue I suppose.
For a few days I had problems with WI-FI (and Finder).
Then I needed to enable Bluetooth to use Airdrop (otherwise impossible to copy files on Mac Book Pro 16"): nothing was working. Only tiny files could be passed, otherwise either wi-fi or BT didn't work anymore.
I think there is a bug somewhere in Finder or hidden services connected with finder.
Have a look at my post here, try to Force the closure of Finder and see if BT and wi-fi work together: I'll try the same when possible. This is solving things at least temporary but at least we could understand something more...

I can only relaunch the finder window, I cant force quit the app. I am also having the problem with the software update showing the Red 1, even though I am fully updated.

Why I can't force Finder ?
Have you tried this sequence ?
If you force the restart of Finder (Hold down the SHIFT key and open the Apple logo menu ---> Select Force Quit Finder = Finder will relaunch).

I'm also having the Red 1 issue, without any solutions so far....

Yeah it just relaunches Finder, Bluetooth/Wifi issue still persists.

Regarding Bluetooth and Wi-Fi issues.
I have had a similar issue recently, and it turned out to be a Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse pairing, unpairing the mouse resolved the W-Fi issues.
So you may simply need to remove all pairings and re-add them one by one to see if/which one could be causing the problem.
