Wifi dropping when iPad2 Goes to sleep

Hi,

Not sure if anyone else has this problem; I have my ipad2 dropping wifi when it goes to sleep. Its not in DND mode. Wanted to know if this is a problem with my device, i can try to restore it again.

If this is a spreadout problem then will wait till its been resolved. iPad2 is connecting to Airport Extreme at 5 Ghz mode only. I thought 5Ghz is more robust than b/g.
