wifi fluctuating

does anyone else have an iphone 4 with the wifi signal fluctuating? i have the issue, mines always trying to maintain 3 bars but its always bouncing from 2 to 3 all the time.😡

the problem is ... im download speeds is a big jump from 2 bar and 3 bar. almost a 6 : 1.5 mbps.

and my old iphone 3g always maintained 3 bars at the same location compared to the new iphone 4.
