Wifi Hog

Since I updated to iOS 9.0.2 my phone makes the internet crawl for other devices connected on the same router. When the wifi radio is toggled off all other devices have full speeds available again. Also mages the ping go up to 400ms.

Any ideas?

My girlfriend's Android handsets have always done that. I could be surfing the web, then she logs on and my iPhone slows to a crawl. I haven't noticed it happen so much since the 6+ last year.
