Simple solution:

Get wireless modem from cell phone provider with unlimited data plan. Get cheap laptop to plug modem in. Use laptop as router. Tada. 😎 You could use a Windows Mobile phone as a router too.

Here in Sweden we have wireless Internet up to 7mbit/s via the 3G cellphone networks. 🙂
