    Not unless you have a 10 mile ethernet cord for the router.

    And even then, it probably wouldn't work.

    oh i believe wifi will overtake cell towers in the sense it will have coverage everywhere within 10 years id guess

    I think that within the next five years or so, we'll see this pop up built into cars and I have a crazy dream that Apple will be involved and you could wirelessly sync your music over wi-fi to your car.

    That would be great! I bet it comes with the iCar. Mabye in Macworld 2010 or 11!

    Simple solution:

    Get wireless modem from cell phone provider with unlimited data plan. Get cheap laptop to plug modem in. Use laptop as router. Tada. :cool: You could use a Windows Mobile phone as a router too.

    Here in Sweden we have wireless Internet up to 7mbit/s via the 3G cellphone networks. :)
