Before I upgrade to ML, my MBA usually wouldn't connect to WiFi after waking up from sleep. I usually had to reboot my MBA (thank god it was quick). I have tried many things in the past and nothing worked. For those who say I don't have issue with mine.. yeah.. yeah.. whatever. Since, I upgraded my MBA to MLion. The issue seems to be resolved. I have not seen the issue any more ... 😀
