MP 1,1-5,1 Wifi issues with AirPort Extreme BCM43xx

Having trouble getting my Mac Pro connected via Wifi to an EAP-PEAP SSID. It connects just fine, but it refuses to pull an IP address.

Wireshark shows the DHCP requests going out from the Mac, My DHCP server doesn't show a DHCP offer or an ACK. It connects just fine to a PSK SSID.

Every other device connects just fine and get an IP address.
