Wifi Issues

I have an iPad and an iPhone, both running 7.0.3. My iPad keeps defaulting to my office wifi when I have marked it to "forget" the wifi password a number of times and have even reset settings. On my iPhone, it keeps asking for the same wifi password over and over again.

Turn off ask to join networks on your iPhone. As far as your iPad, maybe try deleting that wifi password from your keychain.

Where is keychain stored on the iPhone and iPad?

You have a Mac? Go to keychain access ---> iCloud Keychain ---> then delete the password. Outside of that, I'm not sure where it might be stored.
