Wifi Issues

I'm not exactly sure if this is a Yosemite thing but does anyone else's MacBook disconnect from wifi if you don't use your machine within 5 minutes? My schools wifi requires a login and it gets pretty frustrating logging in every single time.

I think this is a known Yosemite issue. One thing you can do is remove your school's network from the saved list of wifi connections and re login.

Or downgrade to mavericks.

thats a yosemite issue. I think they fixed it in the new patch

I've never seen that issue on Yosemite? My MBP frequently goes to screensaver (after 20 min.) and then works fine afterwards?
