Wifi location warning

Every time I use an app that uses location services I get told that turning on wifi will improve accuracy. I always have to click ok to make it go away. Any way to stop this from coming up?

Doesn't use any extra battery leaving it on. GPS in phones are all network assisted. Having wifi on improves accuracy.

I've always read that leaving radios on when not being used drains battery

This is why I wish you could choose to remember a wifi network but not automatically connect to it.

e.g. I want to remember my work's network because I sometimes need to connect to it and the passcode is long. But most of the time I'd rather use my LTE because it's faster.

Gee thanks. I've gone with my phone all day with wifi on and off and I couldn't tell a difference. I just always leave it on.

Not in any noticeable/significant/meaningful way. Just leave it on and don't worry about it.
