So I was experiencing a problem with my wifi - it kept losing connection within five minutes, so I decided to to turn off the wifi and shut down my laptop. Then I unscrewed the bottom of my laptop and took a look at the mother board to see if there was something wrong. The mother board seemed fine except it had some glue like substance on some parts. I then turned on the laptop once again and to my surprise the wifi icon says that there is no hardware installed. I'm not sure what's wrong with it, this is a mid 2012 macbook pro - got it late august or september of last year. I'm going to take it to the apple store tomorrow to check out whats wrong with it... This is really annoying me because if there is a hardware malfunction I can't pay to have it fixed.... here is a picture of what the mother board looked like, I accidentally left on the flash on the camera.

As you can see there are four glue like substances on the side of the computer.
