I was originally going to get a wifi + 3G iPad 2 but since the hotspot feature will work with AT&T on day one I'm just going to get a wifi only iPad.

whsbuss macrumors 601 May 4, 2010 4,305 1,165 SE Penna. Mar 5, 2011 #3 THe only thing to worry about is battery usage on the IP4 when tethering. It will drain quite quickly.
