My series 0 keeps dropping LTE connection but keeps connected to my iPhone via WiFi. I keep re-pairing but the connection drops via LTE connection. Any solutions?

I meant to say it is dropping Bluetooth connection but still connects via WiFi. Sorry.

Is it droping a BT headphone connection? Or are you saying it is not connecting to your iPhone? If not connecting to your iPhone it may not be BT since Apple uses a "secret sauce" of BT and WiFi hotspot (AirPlayish) to connect them.

No. When I leave my house the watch is not connected to my iPhone. The little red iPhone symbol shows up on watch and I get no communication with iPhone. When I try to connect, the iPhone says to turn on watch or get in range. When I return to my house the watch shows the blue WiFi connection and I can receive communication from my iPhone.

Troubleshooting:

  1. On iPhone under Settings>Bluetooth does it say it is connected?
  2. Try playing music from the Watch to headphones and see if it works.
  3. Is your iPhone connecting and working with other BT devices (try #2 with your iPhone).

Under setting>Bluetooth, it says not connected. My phone connects to bt headphones. I have no music loaded on watch

I can get my AW0 to connect to bt for 2-3 days then it disconnects and I have to re-pair again. I can get email and app notifications however on WiFi even when bt is not connected. Any other suggestions?

You should try #2. This will help to indicate if it is a possible radio hardware problem.

About the only thing you can try is un-pair, wipe and setup as new from the backup.

I got my watch to re-pair and downloaded one song and my watch does play to bt headphones. If it un-pairs again, I’ll try turning on airplane mode for 5 seconds and turning it back on. Thanks again.
