Has anyone noticed really bad wifi speeds with certain access points/routers? I filed a bug report because this is still happening for me on beta 4. I've noticed this also happens on el capitan as well. I tested with iOS 8 and it doesn't appear to happen. This seems to happen at home most where I have a time capsule.

When I run a speedtest it starts out fast then falls of dramatically. It is almost like packets are being dropped. Has anyone else seen this behavior? I was tempted to buy a new time capsule until I realized it didn't happen on iOS 8.

I have... I am even using apple's routers. Web pages just seem to stop loading mid page, all streaming videos seem to have issues, etc.

I ran a speed test from the speedtest app earlier and got 58.35 Mbps download when previously to installing the new DP 4 it's been just over 53 Mbps download.

I've never seen my wifi reach that high ever. (Pay for 60 but it's always been a steady 53 on my iMac/MacBook Pro and iPhone.)
