Wifi Problem

Hi recently i've been experiencing wifi problems with my ipod touch. My ipod can detect the connection and can connect to it. It shows that i have 2 bars of signal but wen i try to go to Safari, it doesnt load and wen i go into installer, cydia or wen i try to ssh into my ipod it wont work and i think its my wifi's problem. BUT my PSP's wifi works which is odd cus it wont work on my ipod.

Plz help :apple:
