Wifi problems on both Capitan and Yosemite

Hi,

I have mac book pro and I have issues with my internet.

I was hoping that upgrading from Yosemite to El Capitan will solve it but it didn't. Basically my internet is really slow. When I use the same network on my iphone and ipad it works well but on mac book it is horrible. I cannot load pages, Skype conversations are cut off, I cannot even use camera, etc. so can someone please help me?

Send as many reports as you can with complains to Apple maybe these morons some day they will understand and fix basic functionality for OS X.
