wifi software update

Did anyone get a WIFI software update for their machine just now? I just downloaded an update.

No, this one was just released a few minutes ago.

The OP is referring to a fix for late 2009 and newer iMacs that have wake from sleep issues. You can find the update at:

Just did a Software Update and saw it on there.

I'm not going to install it because I am not having any issues.

Be my luck, I install it and it breaks something else! 😱

Won't show up here now, I'm using my MBA, but will check my iMac later...I have no issues and its a late 2011 machine so I doubt I will bother with it.

Thank you apple. Downloaded the update and my imac doesn't seem to have this issue anymore.

Detects the wifi when waking up from sleep automatically

I run the EFI update everything works fine and smoothly never notice any problems with my in the first place still running flawlessly

I didn't really have Wifi problems with my mid-2011 iMac (Lion preload). I did download the update and haven't noticed any difference, so that's a good thing right? 🙂

The update is dated Feb 24 2012, and it FIXED my wifi problem on wakeup... YIPPEEEEEEEEEE🙂
