I know this has been discussed but I have read through pages and pages and can't find a solution that works.

When using wifi on I5 at home I am getting speeds of .45 mbps dload and .23 upload.

I have tried resetting network settings, using googles 8.8.8.8, resetting modem/router to no avail.

I verified the speed on my pc and everything is on the up and up. just when I used the I5 is when the speeds drastically drop.

The very first speed test I ran after resetting network settings yielded a dload speed of 2.8 mbps but then dropped back to .45 mbps after the initial test.

I am lost as to what to do, any and all advice is appreciated.

Sorry Jedi, what was your suggestion? I would really prefer a fix rather than a swap since I have has this one since launch day
