Wifi stopped working

Yes I've searched the threads, yes I reseted my network settings, I uninstalled the last couple apps I installed before it stopped working which helped none at all. What should be my next step ?

Restore your iPhone back to factory defaults and take it to the apple store. Could be a bad WiFi card in the phone itself.

Thanks alot, but does anyone have any suggestions before I restore, test the wifi then take it to apple. I those geniuses are pain a lol
