Same thing happened with the ringtones, when it went live.

The WiFi store is live...for the iPod touch. Just not for the iPhone yet. The "coming soon" has been down from the iTunes and iPod touch pages for several hours.

I agree. I'm excited to play with new features and have a software update. There's been a lot of ongoing discussion about this already, by the way, in relation to the prediction about version 1.1.1 of the iPhone software coming out, based on the pictures in the iPhone $100 credit photos.

Yeah, I say that this AM. I went to the apple store tonight to redeem my 100 bucks and saw that the iPod Touch had the WiFi store working on the floor models.

Hopefully, we get more than just a WiFi update but some other cool updates.

I'm hoping for iChat, and perhaps WiFi .Mac syncing. Those would be huge improvements in the functionality for me.

Well we know there is going to be new things besides the WiFi store.

Look at the calculator, clock, and possibly the weather icon.
