iPhone wifi sync pictures with home network

Anyone know of an app that will sync all my pictures and videos with a server on my home network?

for example:
//DUMBO/Memories/pictures

I'm a refugee from android, and I had one that would do it over there (Home Sweet Home). I miss that feature.
