Has anyone else experienced this glitch?

I toggled the WiFi switch in control center 3 or 4 Times rapidly, and now it is stuck on the ‘disconnected from WiFi’ state. Yet, it reconnected to the WiFi I was attempting to connect to and won’t disconnect from it despite being in the disconnected state.

Yep, the control center switch does not really turn off the wifi any more with iOS 11 and higher.
Try to turn off the wifi in the settings instead if you really need it off.

I understand that. When WiFi is on and connected to your local network, the control center WiFi icon is blue. When you turn that off (disconnect temporarily from local network), it turns white.

Mine got stuck white despite being connected to the local network, and wouldn’t toggle until I restarted my phone.
