My brother's MacBook Air is kinda useless.
The first problem is, sometimes the MacBook can't be turned on, happens every ~once in a month, (charger is green, screen is black)but I think it didn't do it since summer. When this happens, after a couple of hours of trying, SMC reset, power button long press, the MacBook turns on.

The other problem is the WiFi. It started a month ago. The wifi randomly turns itself off, then back on, and the MacBook does it so often it can't be used for web browsing. Sometime it is good, but sometimes, like now the wifi is useless.

Here is the wifi log, I think its a hardware problem, (I suspect the SMC but it just a wild guess from me)

And the real problem is that he lives in Bermuda and there is no Official Apple Service provider, when he came home for a week, (the wifi problem was'nt present yet) Apple said that they didn't find anything. So it is really annoying that the machine is unreliable since ~the second month he got is. When he comes home again, the 1 year warranty will expire.

So my question is mostly about the wifi, what do you think can be the problem, and if have some advice about the warranty/repairing the machine, I would be glad.

Well, there was a WiFi problem 3 to 4 OS X ago. But I assume you’re up to date, right?

Yes, it is up to date, but since then the MacBook doesn't even turn on. My brother's friend brought it home, so I could take the MacBook to an apple authorized service provider.(there are no Apple Stores in my country, only apple authorized resellers and service providers) I took it on the 13th of November and it is still there, they can't get a replacement logic board from apple and they can't even tell when they can fix it.

A+ customer service. I hope that the refurbished replacement board that they usually use won't have problems.
